2018 RACING SCHEDULE updated 3-21-2018

SATURDAY MORNING and I should be at the track in Norwalk, OH for the Blue Suede Cruise.  Instead I'm here in Phoenix working on the next issue of GASSER Magazine.  Issue 139 was great and 140 is going to be cool as well.

I was blessed with having great illustrators submit artwork for the covers of Issues 138 and 139.  The magazine has been around since 1988 but we had never used illustrations on the covers.  Photos had been the rule.

In Issue 140, the one I'm working on at the moment, CLAY HOLLAND did a superb job shooting the National Hot Rod Reunion at Bowling Green. One shot caught my attention immediately.  It screamed, "COVER".  The car on the covers is Joe Bush's 'Silver Bullet' '41 Willys pickup.

OK, time for a second cup of coffee before the sun rises and heats up the desert once again.  Enjoy your weekend.  I hope it contains lots of tire smoke and fast cars...Gassers of course.  LOL
